NiCr15Fe6Mn Crack-Resistant Alloy Steel Electrode
Covered Electrode
A crack-resistant NiCr15Fe6Mn alloy steel electrode used for the maintenance and repair of various metals such as nickel alloys (Inconel and Incoloy), alloy steel, and stainless steel. Also used to repair cracks and join thick steel sections. This electrode's mechanical properties are unaffected by heat treatment. Resistant to extreme temperatures (200°C-1000°C), heat, oxidation, and corrosion. Suitable for the cement, chemical, and oil & gas industries.

CrNi Special Steel Electrode for Thick & High-Alloy Steel
Covered Electrode
A special CrNi alloy steel electrode resistant to cracking and impact. Used for joining and building up thick steel, high-alloy steel, and cast steel — such as extruder screws, roller presses, and coupling boxes. Widely used to repair metals that are difficult to weld.

High-Manganese Steel Electrode for Pre-Hardfacing Rebuild
Covered Electrode
An electrode for repairing and rebuilding components before hardsurfacing, such as railway track, mill hammers, rollers, and crushers, thanks to its high manganese steel content. Can also be used to weld between cast iron and steel. Resists cracking, abrasion, impact, corrosion, pressure, cavitation, and extreme shock — the weld deposit work-hardens further in service. AISI grades: 420, 430, 430T, 431, 440, 502, 405, 410.

CrNi / Manganese Steel Stainless Electrode
Covered Electrode
A stainless steel electrode alloyed with Cr and manganese steel, highly flexible for welding and joining dissimilar metals such as stainless steel, manganese steel, tool steel, carbon steel, mild steel, and high-alloy steel. Used to repair sprockets and wheel shafts, and suited as a buffer layer before hardsurfacing. Weld metal resists corrosion and cracking. Material grades: G-X 7 Cr 13, G-X 20 Cr 14, G-X 10 Cr Mo 13, G-X 8, Cr Ni 13, 403, 405, 410, 420, 430, 430 Ti, 431, 446, 312.
